Kinder Family / Fundraising Events – 2016 - more details!


Hi Coleraine Kinder Committee & Teachers,
Our fundrasing committee has planned out the events for this year as follows:
- Term 1 Family Night Friday 18th March (Cambo's & Kathy's - everyone order and pay for their own)
- Wine Trip Saturday 21st May (flyers to come - will be $100 per person)
- Term 2 Family Night Friday 13th May (spooky theme - pizzas from coleraine hotel - everyone to order and pay for their own)
- Kings Bakery Pie Drive June (distribute orders last week of term)
PLEASE NOTE - with this fundraiser, its dependent on them being up and running agian with a pastry chef - they have put a hold on their fundraisers at the moment whilst they seek a new pastry cook)
- Term 3 Family Night Friday 22nd July Lantern Walk - soup, rolls and hot chocs
- Movie Night Bridget Jone's Baby (September/October - date to be confirmed)
- Picture Plates Term 3
- Coleraine Show Saturday 5th November
- Toy Catalogues Term 4
- Tea Towels Term 4

·         Term 1 – Family Night: Friday 18th March 6pm start (Cambo’s & Kathy’s – all families will have received this week a price list / order form in their pockets, to be filled out and returned in a named envelope with correct change to the comments box – everyone pays for their own, BYO drinks)

 

·         Term 2 – Fire Brigade Catering job  either 9/16/23 April – date still TBC (all families will receive a letter in their pockets to donate a specific food item)

 

·         Term 2 – Family Night: Friday 13th May 6pm start  Spooky Theme (Coleraine Hotel Pizzas– all families will receive a price list / order form in their pockets, to be filled out and returned to the comments box – everyone pays for their own, BYO Drinks)

 

·         Term 2 – Wine Trip: Saturday 21st May (flyers to come – price $100 per person, 21 tickets available)

 

 

·         Term 3 – Family Night: Friday 22nd July 6pm start – Lantern Walk – Soup, rolls and Hot chocolates (soup to be donated by families and BYO mug)

 

·         Term 3 – Picture Plate Products (more details to come)

 

·         Term 3 or 4 – Movie Night: Bridget Jones’ Baby, specific date to be confirmed (all families will receive a letter in their pockets to donate a specific food item as well as being welcomed/encouraged to attend and gather a group of friends for a fun night J )

 

·         Term 4 – Coleraine Show Catering: Saturday 5th November (this is a big event for the kinder so it will be great to have all hands on deck – more details to come)

 

·         Term 4 – Toy Catalogues (kinder receives vouchers from each order placed to spend on supplies for the kinder)

 

·         Term 4 – Tea Towels
