A great start to the kindergarten year was had by our three-year old and four-year old groups with a smooth introduction to kindergarten life by Educational Leaders Maree and Merryn.
A successful working bee was held in the last weeks of term. The grounds are looking interesting with a variety of fruiting trees and vegetables planted now the weather has turned. The investment in new plants has been made with thanks to the Sustainability Grant awarded by the Southern Grampians Shire last year and the Ladybug Nursery.
We are looking forward to starting Term Two with the fantastic news that our community sponsorship has been continued with Coleraine Branch of The Bendigo Bank. The $4000 they donate to us will be spent with much gratitude to enable us to continue our three-year old programme, a unique educational opportunity for the children of Coleraine!
